A fantastic and versatile location, the King Pine Room is at the heart of the Sugarloaf Conference Center and makes a great
fit for your general session, exhibition hall, fundraising dinner/auction, networking reception, and so much more. King Pine
features high ceilings, abundant natural light, great views of the Bigelow Mountains, built in sound system for speakers,
and can be transformed to fit almost any events needs by our full service event staff.

Located adjacent to the King Pine Room, the Maple Room is the perfect location for your breakout session or smaller meeting.
The Maple Room features brick and wood construction for a warm meeting room atmosphere. Natural light is given off by the
floor-to-ceiling windows located on two sides of the room. The Maple Room is a fun and functional event space.

The Beach Spring, Summer, & Fall Up to 300 Guests
Located conveniently in the heart of the Sugarloaf Village, The Beach offers a unique event location that can
be utilized in several fashions for any meeting. The Beach features a large paved area, stone fireplace and
direct access to the King Pine Room, Maple, and Narrow Gauge Rooms. The Beach is a great option for good weather
breakout spaces or those events needing separate meal space. With Sugarloaf Mountain as a backdrop this is an
excellent option for evening team bonding with attendees gathered around the fire. The Beach can be tented from
groups needing to guarantee the space is usable in inclement weather.
