The New England Pass is a season pass offering skiing and riding at Sugarloaf and Sunday River in Maine and Loon Mountain in New Hampshire.
Q: What New England Pass options are available?
The New England Pass offers three options: an unrestricted Gold Plus Pass (Sugarloaf-only) an unrestricted Gold Pass, a Silver Pass with 13 blackout dates and a Bronze Pass valid midweek non-holiday. Additionally there is an unlimited College Pass and Graduate Pass available.
Q: When is the 2011-2012 New England Pass on sale?
All 2011-12 seasonp passes are on sale now and available at spring rates through April 30, 2011. Prices on all season passes except College New England and Maine Student will increase after April 30.
Q: What is the Easy Pay Plan?
The Easy Pay Plan is a payment plan which can be used for any season passes purchased by April 30, 2011. The plan allows the purchaser to pay for their pass over the summer. A deposit of $50 per pass is required by April 30, then the remaining balance of each pass will be automatically charged to the purchaser's credit card in four equal installments on June 1, July 1, August 1 and September 1. The Easy Pay Plan may not be used on purchases made after April 30.
Q. How can I purchase a pass on the Easy Pay Plan?
The Easy Pay Plan can be used on purchases made by phone, mail or at the resort. Please note that the plan cannot be used for online purchases.
Q: How will age be determined for the New England Passes?
The passholder's age on November 1, 2011 determines the age category for all 2011-12 season passes.
Q: Does the New England Pass include retail discounts?
Gold Plus Passholders receive a 20% discount, Gold Passholders receive a 15% discount and Silver and Bronze Passholders receive a 10% discount at retail stores at Sugarloaf, Sunday River and Loon.
Q: Can I upgrade my New England Pass to a higher level?
Yes, you can upgrade your pass to a higher level at any time. The cost for upgrading will be based on the current pass prices at the time the upgrade is made.

We do expect to offer the Frequent Skier Card for the 2011-12 winter season, however pricing and benefits will not be finalized and announced until fall.
Q: When will you announce lift ticket pricing?
2011-12 lift ticket rates will be announced in the fall.
Q: Will you offer e-tickets next winter?
We do expect to offer the e-ticket program for the 2011-12 winter season, which allows you to save 10% on lift tickets valid for two days or longer when purchased online at least four days in advance.
