Packages start at just $114 per person per night, based on maximum occupancy in our on-mountain condominiums. Just think, you’ll be steps away from the slopes and a stone’s throw from the raucous nightlife for which Sugarloaf is known. Plus, we're including tickets to the Bud Light Concert featuring Donavan Frankenreiter.

Policies: A 50% reservation deposit is taken upon booking. Final payment is due 14 days prior to arrival. The deposit is refundable, less a $50 cancellation fee, when cancellations are made more than 21 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will result in a forfeit of the deposit. Specialized Promotions may have policies/deposit/cancellation procedures specific to the promotion. Please note specific requirements within the promotion.
Upon arrival, a security deposit in the form of a credit card authorization for $200.00 will be taken. Debit cards are not recommended for security deposits. There are no refunds for early departures/late arrivals or weather delays. No pets are allowed. All Sugarloaf properties are non-smoking.
